Chapter 1 Behold I am Jesse The Magnificent she boasted to Mr Stubbs and the two Johnson boys as she lifted the large flat stone Jesse’s cat Mr Stubbs was not impressed Neither were the neighbor boys Clark and Dougy Johnson Nor was Clark’s pet frog Lewis Knees wobbling Jesse held the large stone high in the air Observe she bragged With the strength of Hercules I shall hoist this gigantically massive boulder high above my head using only the sheer strength of my mighty biceps and my two powerful hands Jesse struggled to keep her balance while holding the large flagstone aloft Teetering back and forth in her attempt Jesse quickly lost her balance along with her grip Then gravity took over The large stone slid from her hands and it began its 9
