The gum infl ated like a balloon bigger and bigger and bigger This can’t be good Malcolm thought as Dandy stepped back The bubble was now the size of a basketball It grew so big it actually picked up Dandy’s dollar off the counter They both watched as the bubble continued to expand Dandy’s dollar pushing back toward him He reached for it when Snap the gum popped covering the girl’s chin Dandy’s dollar was stuck to her neck I hate it when that happens she said picking off a few of the stringy strands Then she looked back at Dandy That’ll be one dollar I gave you a dollar he told her pointing to her neck 13
