Temple Run: Race Through Time to Unlock Secrets of Ancient Worlds
A MYSTERIOUS IDOL ANGKOR CAMBODIA PRESENT DAY Found it you yell your voice bouncing off the walls of the old stone temple You've been exploring the ruins of the ancient city of Angkor Cambodia for months now since a tip came in that there was something special hidden away here Now you hold the item in your hands You unwrap the dusty fabric covering it and reveal an idol It's a skull carved out of pure gold with big bulging eyes and an open mouth showing lots of teeth Aaaaalllliieeeeeeeeee You quickly turn around as the strange unearthly howl echoes through the temple And then you see them They look like monkeys Or demons Or demon monkeys maybe with black matted fur huge glowing eyes and long fangs And they're charging at you You race out of the temple onto a stone walkway as fast as your legs can carry you The path cuts sharply to the right and you make the turn confusing the demon monkeys for a few seconds You spot an opening in a crumbling building and run inside The door slams and you see a tall man with red hair and blue eyes Guy Dangerous Is that really you you ask You'd recognize that famous explorer anywhere No time for introductions he says in a gruff voice You woke up those monkeys Not just here but in temples all over the world threatening everyone Now you've got to fix it He takes the idol from you and turns it so you can see the back of the head There are ten round indentations You can use the idol to stop the demon monkeys but it's got to be complete he tells you You need to travel through time to find the ten missing gems Your mind is spinning Travel through time How Guy presses on the idol's head A bright light spills out of the skull's open mouth It's a time portal he says pointing to one of the empty circles on the back of the idol's head Look A symbol appears in the circle It looks like a cave drawing of a wild boar The symbol will tell you where to go he says Then he takes the watch off of his wrist and hands it to you And this will tell you where you are And where to look Kind of like a homing beacon But but you stammer No buts he says Or the demon monkeys rule the world Got it You nod Don't worry I'll help you get started Guy tells you Аааааiiiiiiееееееееее Guy presses the button on the idol and hands it to you I'll distract them You go find us a safe place to reactivate the portal Now run
